When purchasing duct tape, you can judge its quality by the following methods.:

First, press the adhesive side with your hand, then keep the tape still, and move along the tape plane with your hand. If you feel the viscous resistance from the adhesive tape is large, it indicates that the initial adhesive of the duct tape is good.

Secondly, observe the side without glue to see if the surface texture is clear, whether the arrangement is orderly and tightly arranged, and check the thickness of the tape. The duct tape with clear lines, neat arrangement and large thickness has high tensile strength and is suitable for carrying heavy items. On the contrary, duct tape with sparse lines and disorderly arrangement has lower tensile strength.

Finally, peel the duct tape by hand. If the duct tape is easily torn, it indicates that the substrate quality is good and easy to operate. On the contrary, if the duct tape is not easy to tear, it indicates that the substrate quality is poor and the operation is more inconvenient.
